I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience which says a lot considering how much of a headache moving can be in NYC. Fatima and Danny found me an apartment fast and handled everything efficiently, which took so much stress out of the process. The communication was on point, they were able to accommodate my busy schedule for viewings, and they really listened to what I wanted. The whole experience was seamless and I LOVE my apartment. Darsh Singh at Real NY was amazing to work with. He toured multiple apartments with me until I found the one that checked all my boxes. He moved quickly, guided me through the application process, and stayed in constant communication with property management to make sure I secured the apartment before anyone else. Josh was incredible! Was available to answer any questions I had about the apartment over the phone/text and had the time/patience to give me two great looks at the building. Also, definitely made sure to be transparent about everything related to the building and best offers to submit to the owners. Highly recommend!

Fatima was hands-down, the best person to secure my apartment. I was in a pickle and needed a very quick move. She was extremely hands-on and took all the stress away from moving… she took care of everything and did it within a couple days. Literally my lifesaver I would recommend her to anyone that needs an apartment in New York City. Her follow-through and execution was perfect!
